After booking the DJ we couldn't get a hold of Rick Tracewell (the primary contact) for almost 2 weeks. This gave us a bit of a scare. But closer to the wedding, our DJ Greg Jones was very professional and responsive. The website is a very useful planning tool. Greg worked closely with the rest of the vendors to make the day go smoothly and kept the dance floor full the whole night. We highly recommend him.

We couldn't get in contact with Rick Tracewell weeks prior to the wedding. He didn't respond to phone calls or emails. He would off ruined our wedding if we didn't replace him two days before the wedding. I had to take him to small courts claim which we won for the deposit. The bastard is making it difficult to get our money back so I might have to put a freeze on his assets. I wish I would of read all the negative comments about him before we booked him. He also has a negative report on the better business bureau. Based on the negative comments I read im starting to think that it's a part of his business strategy to make it difficult to get in contact with him prior to the function in hopes of canceling his service so he could keep your deposit money without doing the service. Take him to court like I did; the crook didn't even show up but we still won.

He was absolutely horrible!!!!! Ruined my reception. Luckily he had only a little bit to do with the ceremony. He ruined that too!!! He said that we didn't need to meet in person and go over the itinerary, b/c he had an online way of doing things. He said he can judge an audience to see if he is playing the right music or not. Well he didn't even change it it was slow and boring!!! He also said he never sits down to eat. He certainly sat down with my women videographer's!! Unbelievable!!! I would definitely NOT recommend him to anyone!!Oh and the best part is that he was handing out business cards during MY WEDDING!!!!
