Josef's Vienna Bakery

My sister arranged for a cake from this bakery well ahead of the wedding so there would be no problems. The restaurant were we had dinner recommended them. When we arrived Saturday night for dinner, the cake was not there and the bakery was closed. They never called the restaurant or us to let us know of any problems. We were very disappointed. When my sister called them on Tuesday she talked to the manager and she said she would look into it and call her right back. When she didn't call back, my sister called again and they said the Manager had left for the day. When she did finally talk to the manager the next day, they said they made the cake but forgot to deliver it. They said that now they are out of money because they have a cake they can't sell!!! They did finally refund the money after my sister threatened taking them to small claims court. She asked them to call me and appologize for the mixup, but it never came. I would not recommend them and the restaurant assured us they are not going to do business with them again.
