Dee's Bakery Courtyard Cafe & Venue (Formally Deesigner Wedding Cakes)

My wedding cake turned out absolutely beautiful. I was told by over 30 guests that the cake was one of the best they had ever tasted. She new how to create exactly what I wanted while staying within a reasonable cost. She spent a whole afternoon with us at her tasting and even gave us a military discount which was very generous of her. The cake was perfect and I highly recommend Dee.

Dee Ann Moore, the owner of Deesigner Wedding Cakes designed the cake of my dreams after having met with her only twice to talk about what I wanted. She also agreed to make one tier of my cake cheesecake since I'm not a big fan of regular cake, which no other vendor in town would do. When I saw the cake on my wedding day, I was amazed at how perfect it was, just like the drawings! While the cake looked perfect, and the lemon cake with lemon filling was amazing, the cheesecake was ruined before we even got to serve it because she stacked two layers of cheesecake with a piece of cardboard in between them, and when the caterer went to cut it the whole thing was smooshed. Then, when a smooshed piece was tasted, the cheesecake had gone sour because of the moisture the cardboard had held. She has been avoiding our phone calls since we returned from our honeymoon because she has been made aware that there is a major problem we are calling about. For that I rated her professionalism low, even though prior to this incident she had been a great vendor. I would recommend Deesigner Wedding Cakes to someone looking for a traditional wedding cake, and I should have just given up on the whole cheesecake idea from the very beginning!
