Awildflower

I interviewed many florists before hiring A Wildflower - I really liked their online gallery and ideas during our interview. I planned my wedding from afar so that was all I had to go on. There are quite a few people in their office it seems as I never was really able to speak to the same person or know who was in charge of my order. Their pricing was high but, we went with it. The owner, Lori, did respond to emails but briefly and within a few days. I received an informal "contract" with their description of what I wanted and had sent many photos of, including which flowers to include and specifically exclude. We made a few changes the week before, which they were ok with and resulted in a monetary credit. The day of the wedding - the flowers arrived very late so all the grooms photos including family photos were done without flowers. When my bouquets were delivered, they were SO off from what I had wanted, sent photos of and expected, I actually asked where my bouquet was. Albeit very pretty, disappointing as they were nothing close to what I had expected and differed from what they'd articulated in the "contract." I found out they had decided with my reception vendor to schedule a second delivery time, later in the day for those flowers and would "let me know" if that meant additional charges. When we got to the reception, the centerpieces were made primarily of a flower I'd asked to exclude. Again, pretty but, a little disappointing. It felt as though the person actually doing the flowers didn't look at our file, photos or contract before designing. My attempts at contacting the owner by email and phone since the wedding to discuss the challenges and the credit the cancelled flowers created have not gotten a response. Overall, pretty work but if a bride has a specific dream bouquet or overall event design in mind, I'd not suggest this team. Overall, not the best experience.

The flowers looked great! I didn't like the price. I only had bouquets and boutiners ordered and it was over a thousand dollars. When I mentioned the price during my meeting with them, they seemed annoyed. They didn't really help me stay within my budget, or give me some feedback on what would make things cheaper. Overall, the ladies were nice, and the flowers were pretty. It just could have been a better experience.

AMAZING!I actually worked at this flower shop not too long after our wedding, and the head designer (Lori) is incredibly talented with a truly unique style. Any and all designs turn out better that you can imagine!!I would HIGHLY recommend them!
